Happy New year to everyone.
Lots of skateparks opening up, no liability issues to speak of and all  seems 
well.
There are still problems with several builders going after skateparks that  
are designated for both BMX and skating and once they get the account they  
refuse to warranty the park if BMX uses it.
Grindline just did this in Wheeling WV. The BMX kids were involved in the  
park for over 3 years. Grindline parks are built to accommodate BMX , as far as  
I know they do build to current standards. Please check your designers and  
builders out FIRST and make sure you get it in writing.

camps, leagues, school programs, demos etc.
