PART TIME POSITION - Elk Grove Park District

Job Title: Skate Park Camp Director Hiring Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Under the general supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, the Camp Director is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising sports camp activities with summer campers and staff. The Director will maintain a commitment to the development of each child's self esteem by providing the campers with a safe and nurturing environment. Additionally this person will help each staff member understand their role as an integral member of the group. The Director must be at least 21 years old.

Other duties include:

• A LOVE OF SKATING!
• Responsible for supervising skate park participants
• Communication with patrons, parents, staff and supervisor
• Coordinate off site activities
• Assist in training Junior Leaders and evaluate Junior Leaders
• Maintain and responsible for all campers' paperwork
